CenterCal Properties is fully staffed to handle its leasing function in-house, although the company believes strongly that it is very important to cooperate fully with the brokerage community. Occasionally, CenterCal will retain brokerage assistance on a given project, and on other occasions we will deal with tenant representatives on a case-by-case basis.
